The 4th edition of the European Day of Righteous will focus on the differences and similarities between WW2 refugees crises when thousands of Jews had to leave their home and it focuses also on today refugees crises. Jaro Ríkák will present the history of the Pentcho boat by which hundreds of Jews tried to reach Palestine through Danube and Black Sea. Jaroslav Soňka will offer an overview on the situation of the EU and the Germany approach while Alejandro Gutiérrez, Hadi A. Khatib and Šárka Antošová will focus on the Syrian drama, the reasons to leave, the courage of those who spoke up.
